Pinyon was designed as a modern Mediterranean gathering place rooted in warmth, tradition, and shared experience. Inspired by the coastal regions of the Mediterranean Basin, the space balances timeless materials with a refined, contemporary sensibility.

Natural stone, warm woods, rich green accents, and brass detailing create a layered, inviting palette, while thoughtful architectural moments and an open, flowing layout encourage connection throughout the restaurant. Interior spaces transition seamlessly to a European-inspired patio, supporting a dining experience that feels social, relaxed, and intentional.

Every design decision was made to support hospitality, durability, and longevity—resulting in a space that feels transportive yet grounded, and one that invites guests to gather, linger, and return.
