We blended art deco inspiration with thoughtful historic preservation, honoring the building’s original character while bringing in bold, modern moments. Deep emerald paneling, brass-accented lighting, and rich textures create a warm, elevated atmosphere that invites people to stay awhile. From the custom millwork to the statement fixtures, every detail was chosen to reflect the vibrancy of the neighborhood and the heart behind the CCV community.
